Truckload
Annex 13 provides truckload transportation services built around planning, coordination, and execution across local, regional, and long-haul moves. We manage full truckload freight with a focus on timing, routing, and follow-through- especially when shipments can’t afford missed handoffs or loose scheduling.
Truckload isn’t just capacity. It’s matching the right equipment to the freight, aligning pickup and delivery windows, and accounting for the conditions that affect transit before the truck ever rolls. Our planning considers lane behavior, facility constraints, and delivery requirements so moves run predictably instead of reactively.
We coordinate truckload shipments across the United States, supporting dry van, specialized equipment, and heavy or oversized freight. Each move is scheduled around real transit conditions and delivery expectations, with clear ownership from dispatch through final delivery.
Visibility supports execution, but it’s not the point. Shipment status, milestones, and delivery confirmation are tracked so teams stay informed without micromanaging the move. When conditions change - weather, congestion, site delays - adjustments are made quickly to protect the delivery.
For complex or heavy moves, planning starts early. Equipment selection, routing considerations, permitting requirements, and escort coordination are handled upfront to reduce risk later in the move. The goal is controlled execution from origin to job site, not problem-solving on the fly.
Annex 13’s truckload services are built for freight that needs to arrive on time, intact, and accounted for. Whether the move is routine or specialized, the focus remains the same: clear planning, disciplined execution, and ownership all the way through delivery.
